In order to access the ticketing system, you are required to logon using the web interface. The credentials you have to use are your email address and password. If your user account was pre-generated by one of the Support Staff, you should have received a link by email.
If you are unable to logon using your password, ask the system to generate a new password for you by clicking on the link underneath the password field.
Once the password recovery process has started, the system will ask you for your email address in order to send you the necessary information.
